Our ongoing commitment to veterans sets us apart from other Certified Development Companies. In fact, we were the first CDC in Florida to participate in the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) VetLoan Advantage Program and as of 2017 the first to offer the same advantages for veteran’s spouses via our Plus program. Together, we are helping support the SBA 504 Loan Program’s goal of increasing veteran loans by at least 5% per year.

Special Financing with Reduced Fees for Veterans and their Spouses
Fee Reductions
The help accomplish this goal, FBDC offers the following fee reductions for veteran owned small business as well as small businesses owned by the spouses of veterans.
- FBDC will pay half of the Third Party Lender Fee, up to $3,000
- Processing fee reduced from 1.5% to 1.0%
